Foundation damage typically arises when the water from your roof saturates the soil around your home, building or structure. Smaller, more economical repairs of the home foundation can be reinforced by anchoring galvanized metal lathe with multiple coats of a cement based foundation product leaving you with a stucco-like finish. This can be completed either inside or outside of your structure. Core-filling an existing wall or walls or even tuck-pointing cracks are also great options. A larger scale foundation repair would include full or even a partial foundation replacement.
